After clicking on the New button, you would see the following: Let’s look first at adding a New e-mail address. You would then be carried straight to the Internet E-mail Settings dialog (which we get to below), where you can make all necessary changes to your existing E-mail setup. If you are making changes to an existing e-mail account, you should select the e-mail address and then click on the Change option. If this is a new e-mail account you are setting up, you should click on the New option. Make sure that you are on the E-mail tab.

You will then see your Account Settings dialog box.

In your Outlook Toolbar, click Tools and select Account Settings from the menu: You can learn how to handle that setup here.
